We started Kulaa because we have seen too many teams trying to grow on shaky ground. Broken processes, disconnected tools, siloed teams, and sales motions that burn people out. We know what that feels like because we have lived it.
After years leading sales teams, we decided to build the consultancy we always wished we could hire. One that gets in the trenches, builds systems that last, and leaves teams stronger than we found them.

We’re two senior SaaS sales leaders with a shared belief: growth doesn’t need to be chaotic, bloated, or over-engineered. With 30+ years of combined experience across startups, post-IPO SaaS, and enterprise GTM, we’ve built, scaled, and fixed revenue engines at every stage.
From Dropbox to government tech, from PLG activation to regulated compliance sales, we’ve sold into nearly every imaginable buyer and cleaned up the RevOps mess behind it.
